The philosophy behind our concept at “Beauty and Fit” is easy to explain: select raw materials, ingredients, and materials, grown and processed in the heart of the Alps. With the healing and nurturing powers of nature, known for centuries, your days will become better days too. But it is not enough to grow just any herbs anywhere. Factors such as the location and timing of the harvest must be taken into account. For example, plants only develop their active ingredients and full effectiveness at the summer solstice or from a certain altitude.

Blooming elderflower, arnica, St. John’s wort, nettle, Swiss stone pine cones: these are the foundations of our products, which have a healing effect on us humans. For us, they are the treasures of nature, carefully processed and produced by hand according to traditional recipes. Nature, regionality, and quality without animal testing. Production in Austria, Germany, or South Tyrol. It is our future, and we want to shape it well and responsibly.
