Competition Terms and Conditions
General Information
The competition is organized by 4betterdays.com GmbH (hereinafter referred to as 4betterdays), Amraser Strasse 6, 6020 Innsbruck. The competition is being held via 4betterdays' Mailchimp page.
There will be 1 winner in total. The winner of the prize draw will receive the 'Herb' balcony and herb planter worth €299.
Participation in the competition is subject exclusively to the terms and conditions set out below. By participating, the participant expressly agrees to these terms and conditions. Eligibility and Disqualification
Natural persons aged 18 or over who are permanently resident in Germany or Austria may enter our competition. Only those who have fully completed and submitted our survey on Mailchimp and have also signed up for the newsletter will be eligible to enter.
Employees of 4betterdays.com GmbH, as well as their family members and relatives, are excluded from participating in the competition.
In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions or any suspicion of manipulation, we reserve the right to disqualify the participant in question from the competition or not to award the prize, or to revoke it retrospectively.
The competition starts on 06.03.2024 and ends on 31.03.2024 at 11:59 p.m. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.
Selection of Winners
The winners of our competition will be selected on the working day following the competition deadline.
They will be selected at random from all participants and notified by us (4betterdays) via email. 4betterdays is exclusively authorized to announce the winners.
In this message, the winners will receive further instructions on how to provide us with their postal address for the purpose of shipping their prize. If the winners have not complied with this request within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new prize draw will be held. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. We accept no liability for the true identity of a winner.
Data Protection and Indemnity
All personal data of the participants will be collected, processed, and used by 4betterdays in accordance with statutory requirements. This data will be collected, used, and stored in connection with the competition.
The competition is in no way affiliated with Mailchimp and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Mailchimp.
All participants agree to the terms of use of Mailchimp and Meta and agree not to breach them.
In the event of such a breach, the participant shall indemnify 4betterdays.com GmbH, as the organizer of the competition, against all claims by third parties.
Miscellaneous
Legal action is excluded. Austrian law applies exclusively.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
These terms and conditions may be changed by 4betterdays at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be ensured for technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Mailchimp).
Participation is free. The purchase of products from 4betterdays.com GmbH is not a prerequisite for participation and has no influence on the outcome of the competition.
