A. Shipping Costs and Buyer Protection

We deliver within the EU, as well as outside the EU and to the rest of the world at the following flat rates:

For deliveries outside the EU, including Norway, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which are to be borne by the customer (e.g. costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions, transfer fees, currency exchange fees, import duties or taxes).

Deliveries to Switzerland:
Our Swiss customers purchase the products from us without Austrian VAT. Please note that additional import duties may be payable. B. Clean Delivery

Depending on the size of the order, shipping is carried out by parcel service or freight forwarder. Please refer to point A. Shipping Costs. The delivery time adheres to the times stated in the product details. The ordered items leave our premises as quickly as possible. At the same time, a shipping confirmation is sent by email.

Thanks to the CO2 NEUTRAL DELIVERY initiative and energy-saving measures as well as the increased use of alternative energies, the Austrian Post has been able to continuously reduce its CO2 emissions.

C. Secure Payment Options

Pay securely and conveniently in our shop using the following options:

PayPal

Via the free online payment service, the transfer from your PayPal account will be credited to us immediately.
We charge a fee of 2% for this service.

Amazon Pay

Are you an Amazon customer? Pay now using the payment and delivery information from your Amazon account. Amazon Pay is a service that allows you to shop with us using your Amazon account and the payment and shipping data stored therein. You do not need to create a new account and can simply choose between your data stored on Amazon. Your payment information is not shared with us as the retailer and is only stored in your Amazon account.

Advance payment:

Immediately after receiving the order confirmation, the invoice amount can be transferred to 4betterdays. Our account details are also provided with the order confirmation.

Payment with Klarna:

In cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, S-11134 Stockholm, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The full terms and conditions for invoice purchases for deliveries to Germany are here and for deliveries to Austria are listed here.
• Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least EUR 6.95) or under the other conditions stated at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. • Instant transfer: The customer's account is debited immediately after placing the order.
• Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard)
• Direct debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been dispatched. The time will be communicated by email.

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. We therefore pass the data to Klarna in the course of initiating and processing the purchase agreement for the purpose of address and credit checks. We ask for your understanding that we can only offer those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
