This wonderful knife is made in Switzerland by a small family business. The loving “mountain smiths” describe these exceptionally beautiful blades not as knives, but as a memory, a feeling and an idea. The feeling that overwhelms you when you gaze at the majestic mountain ridges. You almost gaze in awe at this beauty, and are reminded once again of how nature can fascinate us and take our breath away. This knife is designed to bring that feeling to life every day.

The bread knife blade is made of stainless blade steel, hardened to 54–55 HRC (Rockwell C hardness) and polished to a blue finish. The handle is made of rosewood, which is native to India and used in furniture making. For our elegant wooden handles, we use only offcuts. Our beautiful and distinctive knives are made in Switzerland. To ensure their longevity, our panoramic knives should only be washed by hand.
