The ‘Cracker’ bread box is very practical thanks to its double-sided lid. The smooth side is used to close the bread box, while the grooved side is for slicing your bread. The bread crumbs fall into the grooves, keeping your work surface clean. A great feature of this bread box is that it offers 2 different working heights, depending on whether the cutting surface is on top of the bread box or on the work surface. There is a practical fabric liner inside the bread box.

Antibacterial
Maple wood has antibacterial properties, making it ideal for storing food. The bread takes longer to go moldy and stays fresh for a long time.

Bread cannot breathe in a plastic bread box. It sweats and the crust softens. As a result, the bread starts to go moldy quickly. Some people also notice a plastic smell.
