Our bread box is a new functional design for smaller households and kitchens. The lid can be removed from both sides and used as a bread cutting board. Thanks to a surprising design detail, it opens and closes without hinges, allowing the bread to get enough air. The bread box was conceived and designed in Hamburg, but of course fits in perfectly anywhere.

Antibacterial
Ash wood is ideal for food storage. The bread does not mold as quickly and stays fresh for a long time. In a plastic bread box, the bread cannot breathe. The bread sweats and the crust becomes soft. As a result, the bread quickly starts to mold. Some people also perceive a plastic smell.


Material and workmanship

This modern bread box was crafted from local wood by a non-profit workshop. The workmanship is high-quality, the surfaces are cleanly sanded, which creates a pleasant feel. The bread box is practical, sturdy, and durable.
