Ergonomic solid wood chair 'Ergo' | laminated oak | W 44.5 x D 41 x H 81.5 cm | slightly flexible | lacquered or oiled | craftsmanship from South Tyrol

Healthy sitting is dynamic sitting. Without movement, the intervertebral discs starve! Constant movement while sitting supplies the intervertebral discs with fluid, nutrients, and minerals. This is essential for a healthy spine. The ergonomic dynamic chair ‘Ergo’ supports this function with its slightly springy seat and backrest. The sports-science-tested chair design allows the spine maximum freedom of movement while sitting and enables optimal seating alignment.

• supports the movement of the intervertebral discs even while sitting
• seating in various positions
• made of laminated solid wood
• available in oiled or lacquered oak
• handcrafted in South Tyrol

The ergonomic chair ‘Ergo’ is not only a comfortable piece of furniture but also a training device. Depending on the sitting position, different areas of the spine are supported and the intervertebral discs are supplied with fluid, minerals, and nutrients through continuous movement. Leaning back against the backrest strengthens the pelvis and pelvic floor through unconscious movement. Leaning forward and supporting the body on the thighs helps the lumbar spine. The cervical spine and neck are best strengthened through balancing and loosening exercises. The freedom of movement required for this is provided. The shoulder and rib cage area benefit fantastically from the upright posture achieved by sitting in an inverted position.
