The 'Galvan' cold frame attachment serves a well-designed dual purpose: It can be used traditionally as a cold frame in the garden or as a perfect addition to the 'Galvan' raised bed with cabinet. This significantly extends the gardening season and creates ideal conditions for delicate plants.

The sturdy frame construction made from 0.8 mm thick, galvanized steel offers significantly greater resistance to wind loads than lightweight aluminum constructions. The 8 mm thick triple-wall panels made from high-quality polycarbonate are hail-resistant, shatterproof and UV-resistant. Thanks to their double-wall structure, they provide much better thermal insulation than conventional 4 mm single-chamber panels and ensure a stable, plant-friendly microclimate.

All fittings are made of stainless steel – from the screws and hinges with a convenient 100-degree opening limiter to the sturdy ABS locking clips. The high-quality powder coating in modern anthracite gray is especially weather-resistant and blends harmoniously into contemporary garden designs.
