Material

• 100% stone paper

This special material offers numerous advantages over other materials. It is waterproof, tear-resistant, plastic-free & completely sustainable to produce. Furthermore, no trees need to be cut down to make stone paper! It is made from calcium carbonate (CaCO3), which is a naturally occurring raw material. It is available in virtually inexhaustible quantities. The limestone powder used to produce stone paper is usually a waste product from quarries. It does not therefore need to be specially extracted; instead, quarry waste can be directly repurposed in accordance with the cradle-to-cradle* principle.

Material and production
Our stationery products stand for craftsmanship, attractive design and careful wood selection based on ecological criteria. This fountain pen is made in Germany in a workshop for people with disabilities. Every piece is handcrafted there. You can choose from lacquered pear wood, lacquered maple, oiled cherry or lacquered cherry. The ‘Elegance’ nib has an average width of M (=medium, approx. 0.9 mm), and standard ink cartridges can be used.
