All-season duvet with sheep’s wool and Swiss pine shavings “4 Seasons Pine”

Two in one: “4 Seasons Pine” is a bedspread made from pure virgin sheep’s wool and Swiss pine shavings.

Sounds ordinary, but it isn’t. There’s no longer any need to count sheep to fall asleep—you can feel them. Light and fluffy, sheep’s wool regulates your sleep climate, keeping you cool on hot summer nights and warm when it’s cooler. It regulates moisture and cleans itself, as if by magic. No wonder the sheep don’t like parting with it!

And care? Air it out, shake it and hang it outside for some fresh air now and then. That’s it. And now, off to bed!

Our sheep know what they have, so they’re not particularly pleased when the farmer comes along with his shears. But they soon forget their annoyance—a few blades of fresh grass and it’s gone. Our all-season duvets are usually hand-tied. A few stitches are used to attach the natural virgin sheep’s wool fleece to the cotton casing (made locally using natural methods), preventing it from slipping around inside.


On request, the duvet can of course also be quilted with a little sheep motif.


Bedspreads made from sheep’s wool & Swiss pine shavings are not suitable for machine washing, as the valuable fleece would not withstand it

However, the bedspread can be aired outside or placed in the warm, soothing sunshine from time to time. This also makes it soft and fluffy.
