For environmentally conscious weeding, especially of deep-rooted ground elder, the ground elder weeder is an indispensable tool. With little effort, the weeder loosens the soil in row beds. It removes weeds with ease, and the pointed garden tool dances between closely planted beds, pulling weeds out of the ground.
There are many garden tools, but tools of this quality are rare. These tools are made by one of Europe's oldest family businesses. The products are built for robustness and durability, not mass production. No plastic. No chemicals. No cheap sheet metal. Made by experienced craftspeople, for experienced craftspeople. A tool that brings the old craft tradition of the blacksmiths' guild back to life.

Ground elder has few requirements when it comes to soil, water, and light. It literally shades out all the delicate little plants, making it a troublesome weed in garden beds. Because it is undemanding and has many underground runners, it is difficult to control. When weeding ground elder, you should not simply tear off the roots, but dig them out and remove as many as possible. This approach saves a lot of work over the gardening season.
Ground elder is also a tasty wild vegetable and a medicinal herb. Eaten raw, it tastes like parsley; when cooked, it is reminiscent of spinach.
The handle
The handle is made of ash wood and ergonomically shaped, making it especially comfortable to hold and helping to make the work easier. Its rounded back allows for particularly effortless use. Ash, a valuable raw material, grows throughout much of Europe, especially in the northern Alpine foothills, and is one of the most important hardwoods. The wood is very dense and hard, yet its high elasticity makes it easy to work with. Thanks to its excellent mechanical properties, ash is ideal for high-quality garden and outdoor tools. It is strong and durable, and pleasant to the touch. The wood is varnished to protect it better against moisture and dirt.
The weeder
The weeder is made of hand-forged Swedish steel, which is exceptionally durable and robust thanks to its special treatment. Its pointed shape penetrates deep into the soil and delivers precise results from the very first attempt.
