Material and workmanship
The wood is selected by the experienced rake maker. Years of experience are poured into this, which mostly dates back to the time of the grandparents. The wood is dried for 3 years, ensuring the highest quality.
The rake yoke
Here, beech wood is used. The wood is harvested from local forests at a specific time. After that, it is slowly dried for approx. 3 years. Furthermore, it is important to use the wood in accordance with the grain.
The rake tines
The rake tines are made of ash wood. They are very sturdy, smooth and flexible.
The holder
For greater durability and stability, the material nylon was chosen for the holder of the rake head on the handle. Although this is not exclusively naturally derived, it has a sensible and important use in this area. It is extremely sturdy, adjustable in steps and prepared for the toughest use.
