The wonder tool for gardening

The Japanese crescent hoe is a true all-rounder. It tackles a range of gardening tasks with minimal effort. It hoes and loosens the soil; it cuts, while at the same time removing cuttings from between the beds; it weeds large areas or picks out individual plants. It makes no difference whether it is used lying flat as a blade, upright as a hammer, or raised as a pointed hoe. It gets every job done to your satisfaction.
The shape of the crescent hoe is suitable for left-handed users.

There are many garden tools, but tools of this quality are rare. These tools were made by one of Europe’s oldest family businesses. The products are built to be sturdy and durable, not mass-produced. No plastic. No chemicals. No cheap sheet metal. Made by experienced craftspeople, for experienced craftspeople. A tool that brings the age-old craft tradition of the blacksmith’s guild to life.

Tip: The hanging hole in the handle makes for neat, space-saving storage

The weeder is made of hand-forged Swedish steel, which is highly durable and sturdy thanks to its special treatment. Its ergonomic shape makes this left-handed crescent hoe a perfect garden tool that requires little effort to use. The lower edge is sharp when the tool is laid flat, allowing you to cut green waste. The raised blade acts like a wall, enabling you to scrape the surface. When raised, the pointed blade works as a weeding hoe to remove weeds. Together, these features make the Japanese crescent hoe the perfect tool for weeding and cultivating.

The handle

The handle is made of ash wood and ergonomically designed, making it particularly comfortable to hold and easier to work with. Its rounded back makes it especially easy to use. Ash, a valuable raw material, grows across much of Europe, particularly in the northern Alpine foothills, and is one of the most important hardwoods. The wood is very dense and hard, yet its high elasticity makes it easy to work with. Thanks to its excellent mechanical properties, ash is ideal for high-quality garden and outdoor tools. It is strong and durable, as well as pleasant to the touch. The wood is varnished to protect it from moisture and dirt. Our organic crescent hoe is made entirely without environmentally harmful materials; even the handle is untreated and therefore free of harmful substances.
