Care:

Wipe oak cutting boards with a damp cloth without using dishwashing liquid or rinse them under running water. Always dampen both sides in the process so that no warping occurs during drying. Please stand the boards upright while drying so that air can circulate all around. Never leave solid wood products standing in water or clean them in the dishwasher. This damages the wood. For maintenance, treat lightly with cooking oil while dry from time to time.
