With the "Dream Base" bed, you’re choosing a high-quality solid wood bed built by experienced master carpenters and defined by its simplicity. Its classic, understated design fits beautifully into a wide range of rooms. The "Dream Base" pairs wonderfully with existing furniture and is quick to assemble. You’re sure to love it.

Materials and craftsmanship

The "Dream Base" single bed is made from solid wood by a small family business in the Alps. It is crafted to a high standard, giving the bed a long lifespan. 
 

Surface treatment - Our philosophy

• Knotty spruce treated with water-based varnish 
• Natural oak, oiled
• Core beech treated with water-based varnish 
• Swiss stone pine, untreated

We have deliberately chosen not to apply a surface treatment to the Swiss stone pine, so that its distinctive aroma can diffuse optimally. The naturally untreated Swiss stone pine wood will darken slightly over time.

Available bed widths and options

• This bed is available in a width of 90 x 200 cm. You can select the size during checkout.
• Custom sizes: Custom sizes are available on request. We’ll be happy to provide a quote.

Bed frame construction

• The particularly simple design is ingeniously engineered and makes assembly easy. This ensures exceptional stability and a long lifespan

Slatted base

• Recess depth: 13 cm.
  The recess depth is the distance from the top edge of the bed frame to the top edge of the slatted base support.
• Continuous support rail for the slatted base
• The slatted base should not be screwed to the bed; simply rest it on the two crossbars
• Please note! Roll-up slatted bases are not suitable for this design
• The slatted base is not included
