The sturdy frame construction made from 0.8 mm-thick galvanized steel offers significantly greater resistance to wind loads than lightweight aluminum constructions. The 8 mm-thick triple-wall panels made from high-quality polycarbonate are hail-resistant, shatterproof and UV-resistant. Thanks to their double-wall structure, they provide significantly better thermal insulation than conventional 4 mm single-wall panels and create a stable, plant-friendly microclimate.

All fittings are made of stainless steel—from the screws and hinges with a convenient 100-degree opening limiter to the sturdy ABS locking clips. The high-quality powder coating in modern anthracite gray is particularly weather-resistant and blends harmoniously into contemporary garden designs.

The cold frame attachment reliably protects young plants such as tomatoes and peppers from frost, wind and pests, enabling an earlier start in spring and an extended harvest season into fall. The 'Galvan' trellis is specifically designed for the 'Galvan' raised bed with storage cabinet and is firmly bolted to the main body. This creates a structurally sound unit that remains stable over the long term, even with dense growth and strong winds.
Made to the same high material and coating standards as the raised bed, the trellis is also made from hot-dip galvanized steel with an additional powder coating. This combination provides maximum UV and rust resistance, even with prolonged contact with damp plants.
Unlike simple wire structures, it is made with solid steel profiles. This means the trellis can easily support heavy climbing plants such as roses or ivy, as well as hanging planters, without bending. All components are precisely prepared, making assembly quick and straightforward.
