Lea the Swiss Pine Bear | filled with 100% natural Swiss pine shavings | Handmade in Austria height 25 cm

Lea the pine bear is a cuddly toy filled with fine pine shavings. A small family business based in Styria processes our cuddly toys by hand and with great attention to detail. The namesake for our fragrant cuddly bear is our marketing manager, Ines. Bears may be predators, but they usually walk peacefully through the world. However, they do not waste their time on unnecessary fights. But when it is for the right cause, they defend what is important to them with all their strength - just as Ines efficiently executes her tasks every day and creatively finds new ways to create better days!

The pine filling exudes a wonderfully resinous scent that is reminiscent of a forest, freshly cut wood, and being in nature. In addition, the pine cuddly toy can also keep annoying insects away from the little ones, as they avoid the essential oils. The perfect gift for children looking for a special cuddly toy!

Recommended age

The cuddly toy is filled by hand with wood shavings and securely sewn. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, we recommend the cuddly toy only for ages 3+. Pine is not toxic if ingested, but for small children, the risk of choking cannot be ruled out.

Tip: Due to being in rather dry and heated rooms, the cuddly toy can lose its scent more quickly. Regularly placing it outside in fresh air, protected from rain, during damp weather for a few hours or placing it in the bathroom after showering extends its longevity and reactivates the scent. In general, the pine scent lasts at least 10-14 months. If necessary, the filling can be renewed with fresh shavings or scented with high-quality pine oil.

Care instructions: The cuddly toy can be easily cleaned by hand with a damp cloth. Should the stuffed animal ever need to go into the washing machine, only the cover may be washed. To do this, simply open the seam on the belly side and remove the pine shaving filling completely. Refill with fresh shavings after drying.

You can order the matching refill from our shop at any time.
