Cleaning

Simply wipe with a damp cloth or briefly clean under cold water. Do not use hot water, as this causes the ingredients in the flour to coagulate and clog the surface and pores of the wood. To prevent the board from warping, do not keep the baking board permanently moist and clean it under water for as short a time as possible. Afterwards, dry both sides evenly and let it dry preferably standing up or leaning steeply against something.
