Because we care about every egg - What happens to our fine Fisser eggs when the hens lay them faster than they can be sold fresh? It's quite simple: we turn them into the most honest pasta in Tyrol! We don't let anything go to waste – we transform seasonal surpluses into absolute premium enjoyment.

Have you ever thought about where the eggs in your pasta come from?
If it's not clearly stated what kind of eggs are used (e.g. free-range eggs), the product usually contains eggs from barn-reared hens or even imported caged eggs.
…and that is exactly what we DO NOT want!
Our pasta contains 6 fresh, delicious Fisser Góggala eggs per kg.

Our partner business, Martinshof in Buch in Vorarlberg, produces the pasta.
Why Martinshof? Martinshof places great importance on sustainability and is dedicated to producing high-quality, healthy pasta.
Our spelt tagliatelle is made exclusively from Vorarlberg spelt. In addition, the durum wheat is guaranteed to come from Austria and is milled in Feldkirch.

We say NO to plastic!
We produce far too much plastic waste and recycle far too little.
This threatens the environment, the oceans, and ultimately ourselves!
For this exact reason, our pasta is packaged in cellulose film.
The film is made from wood and is just as durable as conventional plastic packaging.
The only difference - no additional plastic waste is produced
