Pauline the Swiss Stone Pine Hen is a soft toy filled with fine Swiss stone pine shavings. A small family business based in Styria processes our soft toys by hand and with great attention to detail. The namesake for the fragrant soft toy hen is our employee in training. Although chickens are often said to be silly, they are not stupid at all. These feathered animals are even incredibly intelligent and very quick to learn - just like our Pauline!

The Swiss stone pine filling gives off a wonderfully resinous scent that reminds you of a forest, freshly cut wood and being in nature. In addition, the Swiss stone pine soft toy can also keep pesky insects away from little ones, as they avoid these essential oils. The perfect gift for children looking for a special soft toy!

Age recommendation

The soft toy is filled by hand with carpentry shavings and securely sewn. Nevertheless, we recommend the soft toy for ages 3+. Swiss stone pine is also non-toxic if ingested, but the risk of choking cannot be ruled out, especially with small children.

Tip: Due to spending time in rather dry and heated rooms, the soft toy may lose its scent more quickly. Regularly placing it outside in the fresh air for a few hours, protected from the rain, or in the bathroom after a shower when the weather is damp, will extend its lifespan and reactivate the scent. In general, the Swiss stone pine scent lasts at least 10-14 months. If necessary, the filling can be replaced with fresh shavings or scented with high-quality Swiss stone pine oil.

Care instructions: The soft toy can be easily cleaned by hand with a damp cloth. If the stuffed animal does have to go into the washing machine, only the cover may be washed. Simply open the seam on the belly side and completely remove the filling of Swiss stone pine shavings. After drying, refill with fresh shavings.
