We recommend taking the drops diluted, as propolis is very intense in concentrated form. Take approx. 10-30 drops of propolis per 250 ml of liquid (water, orange juice, tea, etc.), depending on body weight. Alternatively, propolis can be dripped onto a sugar cube and taken.

- at least 20% Propolis Cera (pure propolis), 80% alcohol
Production
The propolis resin is steeped in alcohol with patience and care until the components combine. The mixture has an almost unlimited shelf life and is particularly rich in vital nutrients, as the drops are produced without heat. Our drops come directly from the hands of a passionate beekeeper.
