The ‘Stay together’ shelving unit is manufactured in a metal and wood design workshop based in the Bavarian Forest.

Around 30 creative minds, from designers and finishers to carpenters, work together as a team in various areas and departments, creating unique and meticulously crafted metal pieces by hand. Great importance is placed on regionality and in-house production.

During the production of rust-patinated metal, purified steel and iron are immersed in a bluing solution. The outermost layer of the metal is altered in the process. This process increases the resistance to corrosion and improves the aesthetic appearance of all metal parts used.
