For environmentally conscious work in the rose garden, the hand fork is an indispensable tool. It loosens and aerates the soil around the roses’ tough roots without requiring much effort.

There are many garden tools, but garden tools of this quality are rare. The tools were made in one of Europe’s oldest family businesses. These products stand for robustness and durability, not mass production. No plastic. No chemicals. No cheap sheet metal. Made by experienced craftspeople, for experienced craftspeople. A tool that brings the old craft tradition of the blacksmiths’ guild to life.

The fork

The rose fork is made of hand-forged Swedish steel, which is very durable and sturdy thanks to its special treatment. Its U-shape is specially designed for caring for roses. The two tines dig between the roses’ tough roots and loosen the soil. The soil around the rose bush is aerated and loosened, and small weeds can be pulled out with ease. The wide spacing between the tines prevents damage to the roots. Small or young rose bushes can be dug up without damage using the hand fork, leaving their delicate lateral roots unharmed. Precise results from the very first use.

The handle

The handle is made of ash wood and ergonomically shaped, so it fits comfortably in the hand and makes work easier. Its rounded back allows for particularly low-effort use. Ash, a premium raw material, grows across almost all of Europe, especially in the northern foothills of the Alps, and is one of the most important hardwoods. The wood is very dense and hard, yet its high elasticity makes it easy to work with. Thanks to its excellent mechanical properties, ash is an ideal wood for high-quality garden and outdoor tools. It is strong and durable, and pleasant to the touch. The wood is varnished to better protect it against moisture and dirt.
