Care

Wipe oak kitchen boards with a damp cloth without detergent or rinse under running water. Always dampen both the front and back so that no tension occurs while drying. Please stand the boards upright to dry so that air can circulate around them. Never leave solid wood products in standing water or clean them in the dishwasher. This damages the wood. For care, treat lightly with cooking oil from time to time when dry.
