Material and Manufacturing

Craftsmanship, an appealing design, and careful wood selection based on ecological criteria are what our office supplies stand for. These fountain pens are manufactured in Germany in a workshop for people with disabilities. Each piece is handcrafted there. The nib has an average width of M (=medium) and standard ink cartridges can be used.

The apple leather case is, as the name suggests, made from apples – specifically from pomace, which is a byproduct of apple juice production. This is dried, pulverized, applied layer by layer onto a canvas, and subsequently embossed to create the leather look. The material, like the apple itself, is water-repellent and is in no way inferior to real or artificial leather.
