“Urbank” bench | Handhold | solid Swiss stone pine | W 90/100/120 × D 30 × H 46 cm | with chair legs | Made in Austria

The ‘Urbank’ bench is a wonderful result of combining time-honored elements with modern requirements. This piece of furniture is a combination of chair and bench. The legs are classic farmhouse-style chair legs, and the seat is simple and features a practical handhold . This makes our bench a perfect match for all country-style chairs and tables, and easy to move as well.
In a modern setting, the Swiss stone pine bench adds an accent and brings a cozy atmosphere to the room. The bench is also versatile. Use it as an eye-catching piece in the entryway, a storage bench in the bedroom or living room, a sun lounger on a sheltered terrace, a decorative element, or, of course, for its primary purpose as a dining bench paired with modern furniture.

For over 145 years, this family-run woodworking business from East Tyrol has combined traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Only wood from the Alpine region is used, some of it sourced directly from the surrounding area. The ‘Urbank’ bench is a wonderful result of the company’s creative workshop. The sturdy beech chair legs are mounted to the seat with rails in a robust, time-honored style. The visible leg joints on the bench surface are a striking visual feature.
The narrow, simple bench seat made from solid Swiss stone pine features a handhold wide enough for one hand. This lovely detail makes the bench easy to move.
