Care

Wipe oak kitchen boards with a damp cloth without detergent or rinse under running water. Always moisten both the front and back to prevent warping while drying. Please stand the boards upright when drying so that air can circulate all around. Never leave solid wood products in standing water or clean them in the dishwasher. This damages the wood. To maintain, treat lightly with cooking oil from time to time when dry.
